Birth Story Processing Support Group

The intention of the Story Processing support group is to deepen the roots of community for birthing folks in various stages of life. An opportunity to come and feel heard, seen and acknowledged. This is a model of trauma informed care and space can be held for, but is not limited to, persons processing their own birth experience, survivors of medical trauma and families who have experienced loss. This is a space to feel safe and empowered. You have the power to heal from your battle scars or re-write the story. You are invited to  or listen to one that speaks to your experience!
